Each dough gets a record when it arrives and keeps it for good. Data goes in on the day the box lands; the bake notes follow. Records with no bake notes have not been tested yet, and we would rather show you an empty column than a made-up one.

Looking for a review of a particular brand — Woody Oven, The Northern Dough Co, Dough Dorks, Great Balls of Flour, Chefs for Foodies, East Pizzas, Outi Pizza, Babadoh, Homemade Pizza Club or Massarella's? Each has a specimen record below carrying its published specification. Bake notes and a verdict are added once that dough has been through the bench twice — seven have, so far.
