Our rules, published before you ask, so you know what a conversation with us can and cannot change.
Everything on this site is read from your own website and quoted with the date we read it. If we have your product wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it wrong. This page tells you how to reach us, what we will do, and what we will not do for money.
Send the product page and what is wrong. We re-read the page, change it, and put the correction and its date at the foot of the page it affects. We do not argue about facts, and we do not quietly edit — a change that matters is a change we log.
No gifted samples. No sponsored reviews. No pre-publication approval of a verdict. We buy every product at retail price, as an ordinary customer, and pay full delivery. If you send us a free box we will not test it.
Commission on a link, and nothing else. It does not move a position in a table, change a score, soften a sentence, or remove an additive from a declaration. Rankings and sort orders are set before anyone checks who pays. Where a link earns us money the row says paid link, and this site says which brands are involved.
Publish your full ingredients declaration, your ball weight and your delivery cost on the product page. Six of the eighteen delivered doughs we track publish no declaration at all, and seven publish no delivery charge, so we cannot calculate a price per pizza for them. That is a gap on your page, not ours.
On awards. We record an award where you state it on the product page it belongs to, or where we can point to a named register entry. Awards are given per product, not per brand, so a badge in a site header is not evidence that a particular dough won anything. If you hold an award we have missed, send the product name as it appears in the register and we will add it.
A link to the page and the figure you think is wrong is enough. We aim to answer within two working days.
Partnerships, affiliate arrangements, stockist information, press. Read the rules above first — they are not negotiable, and saying so now saves us both an email.
One thing worth knowing. This site earns nothing today. There is no rate card, no sponsored placement and no advertising, and when that changes it will change in public, on the row and on the About page. If you are looking to buy a position in a table, we are the wrong site — and if you are looking for somewhere that publishes your declaration in full next to everyone else’s, we are the right one.
